Our third day starts off by visiting a place that processes one of the most traditional plants in Mexico: the agave. This cactus is famous for its distillates which go from Mezcal to the acclaimed Tequila. The tanks of this distillery show beautiful paintings of the traditional Agave processing.

Ready to feel an amazing adventure on top of our hot air balloon? It's a safe and fun way to start your second day in the Independence Valley of Mexico.

In our journey to the town of Dolores Hidalgo, we'll cross through the Santa Rosa Mountains. We will set up a table, right in the middle of the landscape, where traditional cooks will be waiting for you to serve a delicious Mexican breakfast.
