Agave Distillery Our third day starts off by visiting a place that processes one of the most traditional plants in Mexico: the agave. This cactus is famous for its distillates which go from Mezcal to the acclaimed Tequila. The tanks of this distillery show beautiful paintings of the traditional Agave processing.	Agave distillates tasting Of course you need to taste the very essence of the agave, that's why the very owner of the distillery will guide you through each one of the distilled spirits.	The Christ the King Monument Higher than the one in Río de Janeiro, this sculpture represents the difficult years of the Cristera War lived in Central Mexico during the 1920's. The spirituality of this place, surrounded by an impressive mountainous landscape, will be an unforgettable experience.
The Sangre de Cristo Parador After the Christ the King Monument, we'll get into the mountains to explore a complex made up by an exhibition of the history of the mining in Guanajuato and one of the mummies from the XIX and XX century, formed because of the mineral soils of this region. You will also find shops with traditional art and food products of the State of Guanajuato.	An ATV tour in a Mining Town One of the best ways to get to know this magic mining area is by hopping on an ATV and roar off down the rural scene! Feel the adrenaline while crossing through a town where time stopped a couple of centuries ago.	Caminos D' Vinos Vineyard The ATV adventure finishes at the highest vineyard of Mexico: Caminos D' Vinos. It's one of the most beautiful in the country, located where there was once a Mining Hacienda in the XVII century, and it's also famous for its amazing gastronomy.
Your meal at a Wine Cellar Either you choose to eat inside a Wine Cellar...	The landscape sigh ...or on a terrace with a beautiful scenery.	Cheers! And, of course, after your meal, enjoy a tour across the vineyard and do a wine tasting with a sommelier!

Day 1

Golden churches and mines You will first discover the highest neighborhood of Guanajuato city with your private tour guide. You'll find gilded altars, beautiful colonial architecture and you'll explore the interior of a silver mine!	Underground tunnels Then you'll tour around Guanajuato City's downtown area throughout its underground tunnels, one of the best ways to get to know this amazing mining town from the 16th century.	Impressive architecture Let your professional tour guide take you on a journey 400 years back in time.
Juárez Theater Guanajuato City is an open museum full of secrets of Mexico's Independence.	Inside the Juárez Theater Every corner of Guanajuato city is an invitation for a picture.	Craft beer tasting It's time to taste the delicious craft beer of Guanajuato City along with chocolates and traditional deserts. Just follow the guidance of the brewmaster who will be exclusively with you on top of a terrace with an amazing view of the city.

Day 2

Fly over the Guanajuato valley Ready to feel an amazing adventure on top of our hot air balloon? It's a safe and fun way to start your second day in the Independence Valley of Mexico.	Breakfast in the mountains In our journey to the town of Dolores Hidalgo, we'll cross through the Santa Rosa Mountains. We will set up a table, right in the middle of the landscape, where traditional cooks will be waiting for you to serve a delicious Mexican breakfast.	Art and jellys in the mountains The Santa Rosa mountains are also famous for its shops where you'll come across impressive majolica pottery and fresh jellies from the mountains' fruits.
Cradle of Mexican Independence We will then arrive in the quaint town of Dolores Hidalgo, famous for being the place where Father Hidalgo gave the Cry of Independence in 1810. It's beautiful streets and buildings will let you rest in its tranquility.	Traditional ice cream Dolores Hidalgo is also famous for its exotic flavored ice cream: from avocado to tequila or shrimp, you'll have to give it a try!	Traditional ice cream tasting And that's in fact what you'll do when a traditional ice cream artisan guides you through the experience of each flavor representing Mexico's complex identity.
Back to Guanajuato City At night, feel free to explore even more the authenticity of Guanajuato city's cobbled-stone alleys.
